How does it work?

• Our extended warranty only applies to those customers who have purchased a product carrying this extended warranty offer as detailed on their invoice.
• Dynasty Garage Doors and its partners select only products from the highest quality Australian garage door opener manufacturers.
• We extend the warranty period from the end of the manufacturers warranty up to the conclusion of 10 years after we install your opener.
• We will repair or replace your opener (old for new), during this extended period.
• Your warranty will remain in effect whilst you adhere to our annual preventative maintenance schedule to be carried out by a Dynasty Garage Door approved technician

What does the warranty cover?

• Repair or replacement of the opener
• Repair or replacement of the openers track system

What items are not included in this warranty?

• Accessories are not included in this warranty. Typical accessories are remote controls, wall buttons, keypads and safety beams.
• Any damage to the garage door or its components

Under what circumstances would this warranty become void?

• Any damage caused by the owner or third party to the opener or track system.
• Failure to adhere to the annual preventative maintenance schedule to be carried out by a Dynasty Garage Door approved technician.

When will our Annual Service & Maintenance be carried out?

• Dynasty Garage Doors will make contact with the owner of the property approximately 2 weeks prior to the annual date of installation.
• Unless otherwise agreed between the owner and Dynasty Garage Doors this service must be completed within 4 weeks of the annual date of installation
• The scheduled Annual Service & Maintenance will be carried out during Monday to Friday 8am-3pm
• Should Dynasty Garage Doors be called to attend to a warranty issue within 3 months of the next annual date of installation, the scheduled Annual Service & Maintenance will be carried out at this time and the applicable Annual Service & Maintenance Schedule fee will apply?

If I have a warranty issue, how long will I need to wait for Dynasty Garage Doors to attend?

• Dynasty Garage Doors commits to attending all warranty calls for New Garage Doors covered by this warranty within 2 business days  from the time of the call unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Dynasty Garage Doors
