• Scheduled replacement of torsion assembly hardware at the end of years 4 and 8
• $300 – $500 off the Recommended Retail Price of any door replaced by Dynasty Garage Doors under insurance
• Automatic Entry into any Competition conducted by Dynasty Garage Doors during the Warranty Period
• Current Premium Warranty – Annual Scheduled Service & Maintenance Fee $150 plus GST (Subject to Cost based Price Increase)
• The warranty covers Corrosion of fittings, hinges, bearings, torsion assembly, and cables.

Unlike many extended warranty policies, our policy is backed by a group of industry participants, some of whom have been maintaining and installing quality garage doors and openers for more than 25 years within the Perth Garage Door industry.

How does it work?

• Our extended warranty applies to all customers who purchase selected new Colorbond Sectional Garage Door or Colorbond Roller Door from our extensive range of quality manufacturers.
• Dynasty Garage Doors and its partners select only Colorbond Door products from the highest quality Western Australian garage door manufacturers and highest quality Australian garage door opener manufacturers..
• We extend the warranty period from the end of the manufacturer’s warranty up to the conclusion of 10 years after we install your garage door.
• Your warranty will remain in effect whilst you adhere to our Annual Service & Maintenance Schedule to be carried out by a Dynasty Garage Door-approved technician

What does the warranty cover?

What is the difference between a Standard 10-Year Warranty and a Premium 10-Year Warranty?

• In addition to the ‘Standard New Door Warranty,’ the ‘Premium New Door Warranty’ provides for the scheduled replacement of certain hardware relating to the torsion system of sectional Colorbond Doors and the replacement of hardware resulting from corrosion damage.

Under what circumstances would this warranty become void?

• Any damage caused by the owner or third party to the opener or track system.
• Failure to adhere to the Annual Service & Maintenance Schedule to be carried out by a Dynasty Garage Door approved technician.
• Any damage caused by operating the garage door whilst damaged without approval from Dynasty Garage Doors

When will our Annual Service & Maintenance be carried out?

• Dynasty Garage Doors will make contact with the owner of the property approximately 2 weeks prior to the annual date of installation.
• Unless otherwise agreed upon between the owner and Dynasty Garage Doors this service must be completed within 4 weeks of the annual date of installation.
• The scheduled Annual Service & Maintenance will be carried out from Monday to Friday 8 am-3 pm
• Should Dynasty Garage Doors be called to attend to a warranty issue within 3 months of the next annual date of installation, the scheduled Annual Service & Maintenance will be carried out at this time and the applicable Annual Service & Maintenance Schedule fee will apply.

If I have a warranty issue, how long will I need to wait for Dynasty Garage Doors to attend?

• Dynasty Garage Doors commits to attending all warranty calls for New Garage Doors covered by this warranty within 2 business days  from the time of the call unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Dynasty Garage Doors
