Excellent customer service! Rang up Dynasty and explained the problem with my garage door and it sounded like it needed a new motor, so I ordered one. Came the same day and upon inspection found out that he might be able to tweak the tension and settings and the motor may still have some life to it. Saved me heaps of $$$. Could've gone the other way for the business, but chose to help out. That is service extraordinaire! Highly recommended.

Andrew, thanks again for coming out at such short notice. The minor issue I had with my door was caused by my own dopeyness!! Within minutes the problem was solved and my door was purring again. Wonderful to see that good old customer service is alive and well with this company.

Wanted replacement remotes for my garage door so instead of getting me the remotes through his supplier then programming them for me at around $80-90 per remote. The gentlemen gave me his suppliers details to pick them up for $12 each and told me how to program them also. Service like this I have never seen before!

Tina been a really helpful consultant. She spend a lot time on explaining how can I spend less to achieve max benefit. I end up with replace motor only for my garage which reduced noise dramatically! Baby not wake up by garage door noise anymore! Btw 2nd day installation.
