Adjust Spring Tension
This is the most important part of the service as the springs take 90% of the garage door’s weight. These will be adjusted as they sag over time. If these are not tensioned, the garage door will add excessive load to the motor and wear out.
Check Cable Tension
Poor cable tension is one of the major reasons a garage door will come out of the tracks
Check/Replace Hinges & Rollers
Every hinge, screw, bolt, and roller are checked and replaced as required
Adjust Motor Opener Settings
Adjustment of motor opener travel limits. Does the reverse safety feature work, is the motor laboring or working correctly?
Lubrication of Parts
Chain, belt, rollers, hinges, tracks need to be cleaned and sprayed with the correct lubricants
Tightening of Door Mounting Points
Door mounting points (Screws, lugs and bolts) are the week points of any garage door system. This ensures stability and safety.
Assessment / Adjustment of Safety Components
Includes accessories such as remotes, safety beams, auto-Lock and Safe Lock (if installed*)

What if I can’t be home for the garage door service! That’s ok just pull the red safety release cord to disconnect the garage door from the drive chain. Our garage door technicians will be able to manually lift the door up to get in. They will reconnect and close the door when finished.
